Indian Navy

Project Period: 2016-17.

Project: Manufacture & Supply of Static Frequency Converter (SFC)

Under Make in India mission, we have supplied an Import substitute Static Frequency Converter (SFC). SFC is used as a Ground Power Supply (GPU) for Submarines of Indian Navy. As SFC is trolley mounted, it can be towed from hanger to hanger as per the need. We supplied 125KVA/60Hz.

At ARAO, Technovision has supplied Static Frequency Converter and DC Power Supply for US Defense for their mission critical Equipment Installation was done in the capital of the Country – KABUL by US Defense forces. The range of product was 30KVA & 40KVA /400Hz and DC power supplies of 28V & 36V respectively for Defense Equipment.

Project Period: 2020-21.

Project: Vedanta has unmanned oil Exploration off shore platforms in Surat Gujrat.
Offshore platforms have huge instrumentation system on piping and environmental management. It is important to keep the Instrumentation & SCADA system ON uninterrupted 24×7.

TechnoVision based on Performance Track record of earlier similar project execution for Vedanta (Cairn India) designed, Built & commissioned on Offshore platform, DC-UPS good enough to provide precisely regulated power, seamlessly round the year. Following are the highlights of the project:

Design of 1+1 parallel redundant system with SAFETY first approach
Installation of highly efficient Solar Panels on the sideways of Helideck on SS fabricated structure
Interconnection of series, parallel connected solar panels into SS-316L Junction boxes
Marine grade Solar Charge Controllers, Battery Chargers, DC Regulators in their respective SS 316L cubicles
Up to 4000 Ah SMF batteries for long backup
DC-UPS systems capable of communicating operational parameters to Onshore Control room through Radio frequency
Accept command from Onshore control system to perform critical activity automatically
System Design & Material used is of the standard to last for 20 years
Design basis, control philosophy, detailed drawings, documentation for detailed & independent operation and maintenance by the customer team in future
Execution of project on Offshore platform under harsh environment after BISIET, HUET & PST training certification

Vedanta Limited formerly known as Cairn India Ltd.

Project Period: 2015-16.

Project: Design, Manufacture supply & Install DC UPS system

Vedanta has unmanned platforms in the State of Gujarat, India, in the Gulf of Cambay. 1+1 redundant DC UPS is designed and deployed on site with a backup of 7 + 7 days. UPS consists of Solar Power, Diesel Generator based DC power for charging the batteries and Batteries of 2000 Ah to 5000Ah. UPS is built with the ability to interface with PLC Automation system to act as per the instruction received from On shore control system. All the Control Panels are built in SS 316L grade material. Designed for a life of >20years

Raptech Engineering possessed laser cutting machines which are used for cutting sheet metals for automotive industries. Due to frequent blackouts and brownouts a massive loss was caused to production. Technovision has installed 120KVA/360V True online UPS with Latest IGBT based technology to provide uninterrupted power for 30 Min. Thus with this their productivity and revenue has been increased.
