Excel Micron Pvt Ltd

Client Overview:

Excel Micron (POONA) Pvt Ltd was established in 2002 to manufacture High Alumina Catalyst Bed Supports in various sizes ranging from 3mm to 100mm, with 99% pure alumina, meeting the stringent specifications of user industries. It is the world’s largest manufacturer of High Alumina Catalyst Bed Supports.

Project Situation:

Cycle Process-oriented manufacturing can't be halted for power failure. This leads to losses of approx. Rs 2 Lakhs/power failure.

Complication:

Each power failure causes massive productivity loss, and material wastage. In Bhosari power failure was reported 2 times a week. Having an AMF based DG set did not solve this problem.

Question:

Can UPS support harsh Industrial loads like furnaces, Blowers, conveyors and other Inductive loads and function long term without high recurring cost?

Answer:

What did TechnoVision do for Excel Micron Pvt Ltd:

  1. Tailored solution is designed based on the customer's unique demands.
  2. Centralized 120 KVA UPS is installed to address power failures and fluctuations.
  3. As a result, production losses are significantly reduced.
  4. Downtime is minimized, leading to improved operational efficiency.
  5. High/Low voltage problems are also solved leading to low maintenance and lower electricity bills.
