200 KVA TechnoVision make UPS installed in 2010 supports the entire critical assembly lines set up for leading Automobile OEMs. 24x7 functioning of this UPS is a must.
The company's production operates in three shifts, resulting in the 200 KVA UPS (360 VDC, 3ϕ - 3ϕ) consistently running under full load. This heavy load frequently causes UPS breakdowns, leading to damage to PCs and critical machine spare parts.
Complication:
Always operational in 3 shifts, no shutdowns allowed for preventive & breakdown maintenance. The running cost of DG for 1 shift is approx. 1.5 Lacs. If a breakdown occurs, the customer expects an immediate repair, but no one is available or capable of fixing it immediately.
